OwlCrate, a subscription box service that delivers magical book experiences, partnered with us to enhance their email marketing strategy. Our mission was to create a series of enchanting email campaigns that would captivate their audience, drive sales, and build a loyal community of book lovers.
For the Welcome Flow, we designed a series of captivating emails to introduce new subscribers to OwlCrate. The flow included a warm welcome, an introduction to the monthly box’s magical contents, and an exclusive discount to encourage first-time purchases.
Our Abandoned Browse Flow targeted customers who had shown interest in OwlCrate’s subscription boxes but hadn’t made a purchase. The emails highlighted the captivating items they viewed and included personalized recommendations to bring them back to the website.
To recover potential lost sales, we implemented an Abandoned Cart Flow. This series of emails reminded customers of the bookish treasures left in their cart and encouraged them to complete their purchase with special incentives and a sense of urgency.
The One-Time Buyers Flow was aimed at customers who had made a single purchase. The flow included emails encouraging them to explore more of OwlCrate’s enchanting boxes with special offers and personalized recommendations to ascend them to recurring subscribers.
Our Customer Winback Flow aimed to re-engage past customers who hadn’t interacted with the brand in a while. The flow included personalized emails reminding them of the enchanting experiences OwlCrate offers and their new releases.
To encourage repeat purchases and cross-sell related products, we designed the Up-Sell/Cross-Sell Flow. This series of emails suggested complementary items and reminded customers to explore more of OwlCrate’s offerings, like accessories and limited edition products.
