Marimix, a brand known for its delicious and nutritious snack mixes, partnered with us to level up its email marketing and retention system. Our mission was to create a series of engaging email campaigns that would resonate with snack lovers, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.
For the Welcome Flow, we crafted a series of vibrant and inviting emails to introduce new subscribers to Marimix. The flow included a warm welcome, an introduction to the brand’s tasty products, how their snacks differ from the unhealthy competition, and an exclusive discount to encourage first-time purchases.
Our Abandoned Browse Flow targeted customers who had shown interest in Marimix’s products but hadn’t made a purchase. The emails highlighted the healthier nature of the delicious snacks they viewed and included personalized recommendations to bring them back to the website.
To recover potential lost sales, we implemented an Abandoned Cart Flow. This series of emails reminded customers of the snacks left in their cart and encouraged them to complete their purchase with an emphasis on the healthier production process of our snacks.
Our Winback Flow aimed to re-engage past customers who hadn’t interacted with the brand in a while. The flow included personalized emails reminding them of the tasty snacks Marimix offers, new updates on the brand, and new product releases.
The One-Time Buyers Flow was aimed at customers who had made a single purchase. The flow included emails encouraging them to explore more of Marimix’s delicious snacks and encouraging customers to give into their cravings.
The Post Purchase Flow was designed to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. After a customer made a purchase, they received a series of thank-you emails, tips on enjoying their snacks, and satisfaction surveys to gauge market sentiment and potential brand improvements.
