Breezy Swim, a renowned brand in the swimwear industry, partnered with us to help them sell out their 2023 and 2024 Miami Swim Week shows. Our goal was to create a series of email flows that maximized model retention and conversions. The campaign was a success, with over 500+ models contracted and over $300k generated.
For the Main Event Flow, we crafted a series of engaging emails to promote Breezy’s flagship event. The flow included a mix of teaser announcements, exclusive invites, celebrity appearances, and last-minute reminders to build excitement and drive attendance. Each email was designed to showcase the vibrant energy and stylish designs of Breezy Swimwear, ensuring recipients felt a part of the exclusive event.
To recover potential lost sales, we implemented an Abandoned Checkout Flow. This series of emails reminded models of the Swim Week Pass left in their cart and encouraged them to complete their purchase with special incentives and a sense of urgency. The emails were personalized and visually appealing, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic.
Our Abandoned Browse Flow targeted models who had shown interest in Breezy’s event but hadn’t bought their tickets. The flow included a sequence of personalized emails highlighting the tiers they viewed, along with tailored recommendations to entice them back to the website and the official event.
The Post-Purchase Flow was designed to enhance customer satisfaction and hype models up for the official event. After a model bought their ticket, they received a series of thank-you emails, modeling tips, and exclusive offers to keep them engaged with the brand and event.
