Crystals.com, a brand dedicated to providing high-quality healing crystals and spiritual tools, partnered with us to build out their email marketing system. For the Welcome Flow, we designed a series of inviting and inspiring emails to introduce new subscribers to Crystals.com. The flow included a welcome, an introduction to the brand’s diverse range of crystals, and an exclusive discount to encourage first-time purchases.

Our Abandoned Browse Flow targeted customers who had shown interest in Crystals.com’s products but hadn’t made a purchase. The emails highlighted the unique benefits of the viewed items and included personalized recommendations to bring them back to the website.
