Wolfit Box

Wolfit Box, a subscription service delivering human-grade, high-quality, nutritious food for dogs, partnered with us to migrate from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and create a complete email marketing system. Our mission was to create a series of engaging and personalized email campaigns that would resonate with dog owners, reduce subscriber churn, drive new subscription sales, and build a loyal customer base.

Welcome Flow

For the Welcome Flow, we designed a series of informative emails to introduce new subscribers to Wolfit Box. We implemented scientific studies to communicate the benefits of fresh dog food and introduced the brand’s nutritious products and an exclusive discount to encourage first-time purchases.

Abandoned Browse Flow

Our Abandoned Browse Flow targeted customers who had shown interest in Wolfit Box’s products but hadn’t made a purchase. The emails highlighted the benefits of the viewed items and included personalized recommendations to bring them back to the website.

Abandoned Cart Flow

To recover potential lost sales, we implemented an Abandoned Cart Flow. This series of emails reminded customers of the nutritious dog food left in their cart and encouraged them to complete their purchase with special incentives and a sense of urgency.

Post Purchase Flow

The Post Purchase Flow was designed to encourage product adoption, increase customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat subscriptions. After a customer made a purchase, they received a series of thank-you emails, tips on feeding their dog, and exclusive offers to keep them engaged with the brand.

Our Winback Flow aimed to re-engage past customers who hadn’t interacted with the brand in a while. The flow included personalized emails reminding them of the benefits of feeding your dog natural Wolfit Box foods and included special discounts to entice them back.
