VELI, a premium provider of extra virgin olive oil, partnered with Blossom Ecom to help them launch their brand with a core, fundamental email flow. Our mission was to create a series of engaging and personalized email campaigns that would resonate with gourmet enthusiasts, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.
For the Welcome Flow, we designed a series of elegant and informative emails to introduce new subscribers to VELI. The flow included a warm welcome, an introduction to the brand’s high-quality olive oil, and a customer journey through our brand origins.
The Post Purchase email was designed to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. After a customer made a purchase, they received a thank-you email with tips on using their new olive oil.
To recover potential lost sales, we implemented an Abandoned Cart email. This email reminded customers of the premium olive oil left in their cart and encouraged them to complete their purchase with a sense of urgency.
Our Abandoned Checkout email targeted customers who had started but not completed the checkout process. The email highlights the benefits of our EVOO and includes personalized recommendations to bring them back to the website.
